Adults only.
Community features are intended for adults age 21 and older. Do not create or share content that targets, depicts, or encourages tobacco use by minors.
Keep it about the community.
Profiles, photos, likes, favorites, smoke activity, and other shared material should relate to cigars, collections, accessories, pairings, lounges, or the surrounding hobby. Spam, repetitive promotion, scams, deceptive links, and unrelated solicitation are not allowed.
No harassment or hateful conduct.
Do not threaten, harass, bully, stalk, shame, or target another member. Content attacking people based on protected characteristics is not allowed. Disagreement about cigars is fine; abuse toward people is not.
Safe and lawful content.
Do not upload illegal material, explicit sexual content, graphic violence, malware, instructions for wrongdoing, or content that violates another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights. Do not post private contact information belonging to someone else without permission.
Photos and ownership.
Only upload photos you have the right to share. Community photos may be reviewed before they become public. We may reject or remove duplicate, misleading, promotional, low-quality, or inappropriate images even when they are otherwise lawful.
No tobacco sales in the app community.
The native mobile community is not a marketplace. Do not use posts, profiles, photos, or comments to arrange tobacco sales, advertise tobacco promotions, distribute purchase links, or facilitate transactions for tobacco products.
Report and block.
If another member's shared activity violates these standards, use the in-app reporting tools when available. Blocking a member removes their shared activity from your Lounge experience. Reports are reviewed for moderation and abuse prevention.
Enforcement.
We may hide or remove content, restrict sharing, suspend community access, or disable accounts when necessary to protect the service or other members. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal.
