Who operates this service.
What Can I Smoke? is owned and operated by Stillforge Digital LLC. These Terms govern your use of the website, native applications, and related collection and community services.
Adults 21 and older.
What Can I Smoke? is intended only for adults age 21 and older. The service is a collection, reference, journal, and community tool. The native app does not sell tobacco products, facilitate tobacco transactions, or provide tobacco retailer promotions.
Your account.
You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for maintaining control of the sign-in method used to access it. Do not attempt to access another person's collection, circumvent access controls, disrupt the service, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Cigar information.
Catalog details, strength profiles, community ratings, pairings, availability references, and other cigar information are provided for general informational purposes. Cigar specifications can change and community opinions are subjective; we do not guarantee that every catalog entry is complete, current, or error-free.
Your submissions.
You are responsible for cigar entries, images, notes, profile information, or other material you submit. Public community use must also follow our Community Standards. Do not submit unlawful, threatening, hateful, obscene, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or unrelated content, or personal information belonging to another person without permission.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant What Can I Smoke? a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process private submissions as needed to provide the service. When you explicitly submit an image or other contribution for Community review, or choose to show a storage photo on a shared humidor, you also grant us permission to review it when applicable and display it within the service according to that choice. We may reject, edit, restrict, or remove public-facing contributions that are inaccurate, inappropriate, duplicative, or inconsistent with the purpose of the service.
Private collection data.
Collection quantities, locations, private notes, and smoke history are intended to remain account-specific. Community features may use anonymized or aggregated statistics as described in our Privacy Policy.
External sites and pairings.
The website may link to independent websites, including What Can I Pour? and cigar-related resources. We are not responsible for their content, products, availability, privacy practices, or transactions. Native mobile distribution may intentionally omit commercial tobacco links in order to comply with app-store rules.
No medical advice or endorsement.
Nothing on What Can I Smoke? is medical advice or a statement that tobacco use is safe. Cigar profiles, ratings, pairings, or featured selections are organizational and editorial features, not health claims or endorsements of tobacco use.
Account deletion.
You may permanently delete your account and personal collection data from the native app or from whatcanismoke.com/account/delete. Deletion cannot be undone.
Availability and limitation.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts that abuse the service. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law, without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Changes and contact.
